Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have watched less than 20% of the course.

If a course is not as described, or a live batch is cancelled by us, you are entitled to a full refund or a free seat in the next batch.

Change-of-mind refunds after 7 days, or after more than 20% of the course has been watched, are not available. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
